account termination,
you may lose your username and character. If you have multiple accounts, Fillmension Inc may
terminate
all of your accounts and all associated rights, depending on the type of violation or abuse. If
your account is terminated, you will not be able to access your account or rights and may be
prohibited from accessing or using any Fillmension Inc service again. Upon termination, your
license
under this Agreement will also terminate.
Fillmension Inc may terminate any Fillmension Inc service at any time by providing at
least thirty days'
advance notice via email (if any) within the affected Fillmension Inc service. After termination
of the
Online Services, no software updates will be applied to our games, and we cannot guarantee that
our games will continue to run on newer or updated operating systems or be available for
download through application distribution services, such as the iOS App Store and Google Play
Store. Upon termination of the Online Services, any games available through such application
distribution services may be removed without notice to you.
Refunds
